Wondering whether to use screws or rivets for hood pin plates on a fiberglass hood?

Generally the rivets are used for Fiberglass hoods and screws for steel hoods. The fiberglass is not really strong enough to hold the threads on the screws and are more likely to strip or work loose.

rivets.... can get them at any hardware store, aluminum
