It's a magnesium center section and this one is supposed to be NOS never used I think the Rod Shop cars had them and so did some of Landy's cars. I think HEMIFRED can shed some light here
I just clicked on the link and it came up fine I know you have to be a member to sell parts

Magnesium centre section & cover, steel tubes, made by Ramchargers, Motown Duster had one. They come up for sale every now & then but there are no bargain prices for these babies . . . . or I would own one!

The first one of those I saw was in the back of Don Garlits 1974-76 balck Dodge crewcab at 1975 Winternationals in the tech line. I commented on how I would love to have that to put in my HemiCuda. He said no you don't it is broken I would still love to have one, it is modular so you can make it fit what you want it to, not sude of the strength though . They didn't stay in the race cars for very long

Mr.Cab Racing and winning with Mopars since 1964. (Old F--t, Huh)

I wonder why they didn't stay in production It seems like a very good idea but maybe the execution was not engineered properly
The 12 bolt version of this is not used as much as I would have guessed either
Gus
seems like a smokin deal on a race rear http://www.racingjunk.com/Rear-Ends/2740362/mark-williams-12-bolt-modular-rear-axle.html
