I had Quick Fuel build a 1050 dom on E-85... was almost
perfect for my engine... idle was right on but I did
jet it up 2 jet sizes... and they set it up so I could
use my gas jets so I didnt have to buy a whole new
set of jets
EDIT
I would go with a 1150 for your cubes and revs...
unless you go with a tunnel ram and 2 1050s...
I have the same manifold as you but I milled it open
to take the 4500 series
