Hi Everyone,

I have a couple E-body rallye dashes, the headlight/wiper bezel on one has just the switches with lettering, on the other they have the lettering and insignias depicting a wiping motion and the headlights by their respective switches.

Are these correct for a specific year or year range?

Thanks in advance and Merry Christmas to all!!

If I remember right, the switch panel with the insignias are for a '72-4 and of course the ones without are '70-1.

The reproduction 72-74 woodgrain kits come with the little pictures next to the switches. My Oct 72 built 73 Challenger did NOT have those pictures next to the switches. I believe they were added sometime during the 73 model run. I've been looking at 73's at shows and it seems some have the pictures and some don't.

It might be possible that there were two different venders for the woodgrain pieces. If anyone is interested, we could start listing SPD's and if the pictures are present.

927 SPD...101218 MDH...no extra pictures next to the switches

This is what i have seen in the years of looking at orginal cars.
Then again i have a custom look on my Vert dash a 72 ralley car i had wrecked gave it's stuff plus a custom look for the holes polished. and i do now have the right 4 hole i need to swap in.

I am going to keep it the same way just change the new 4 hole from defrost to "TOP LIFT"
