Please see the pic below. This is a metal splash shield that goes under the frame/K frame on my 69 Charger and I am trying to figure out if it should be black or body color. I was going to go body color since the under body is body color but though I would get some advice.

Those are supposed to be black. They were installed way after the the body was painted at the factory.

Thanks for your response, would it be flat or gloss? Also trying to figure out what color to paint the K frame to radiator support tie bracket, and the battery tray with brackets.

semi gloss for that and the k frame bracket. Battery tray and brackets are body color.

For what it's worth; i removed the panels from my 63 Savoy; unrestored car; under the factory undercoating i found that the plates were grey instead of black; i also had a grey k-member and transmission cross-member; but in most occasions the plates should be black indeed.
