i think i have just did something bad, i have 1968 ralley cluster, i was trying to install into my car and i accidently bumped one of the 5brass tubes coming out of the back of the cluster, it bent and when i tried to straighten it, it tore almost into, what are the tubes for? i am guessing the oil pressure gauge, how to fix this or is this cluster toast? thanks

well i got a funny story for you, i have bought all the ralley dash pieces, cluster, bezel, dash pads , radio bezel, glove box , upper glove box bezel, i have not taking my dash apart yet, i am still needing the ralley dash frame, someone had sent me a non rally dash frame and i was trying to make it work, i don't think this will work, well anyway, i have not taken my dash apart yet, in fear that i do not have all the pieces i need to get it to work, so i was trying to put the ralley dash together before i take out my dash

okay, i just found a old standard cluster i have, the connector on it is round, it only has about 9wires in a circle, i have my ralley cluster and it has the 5brass flat connector, and then about 20 different wires goint to all the switches, so now i have figure out i need a ralley dash wiring harness to make this work, do i just have to pull out the standard wiring harness and re-install the ralley wiring harness?

Good luck finding one at a swap meet. Make sure you check it out good before fitting. The gauges are easily toasted............ i know i've done it

We can fix it for you, or you can try to solder it yourself.
If you have another junk cluster around you can sometimes transplant a non-broken pin.
Sometimes you can put a piece of copper wire inside the broken pin, then solder from the back of the board to make it be strong again. The wire inside the pin will make a good place for solder to connect the broken piece to the piece still on the board.
