back in the day when all the graphics were hand lettered on those boats i got to do a few of them,one comes to mind was DADDY COOL (i think).i gota tell ya those boat racer are a CRAZZZZZY lot O guys, but fun to party with.

The guy in the vid is a little bit of a tool, but he partys like none other. Too bad he hasn't raced in a few years. Did you go to key west this year? I try to hit it every year.

Here is some video of the Aqua Mania turbine boat, at a local poker run in Alexandria Bay NY. This boat competes against Miss Geico etc in Key West, NYC , Florida and so forth. The owner is out of Canada, and the boat is often right here in Syracuse, where a lot of the crew resides. A local machine shop owner, along with a body shop owner do a lot of the work here, and they also have a shop in Florida where they do the engine rigging and repairs. I get to see this thing all the time at my friends shop, and its insane. This is just them out having fun at a Poker Run, and as you can see, its just cruising at 160 MPH plus! Its gone 200+, but I cant tell you exactly how fast, but it seems to me it was over 210 or maybe even 220. I'll ask Jim when I see him. Its a cool video.
