Goodwin's name comes up every once in awhile here on Moparts but since they have no presence in drag racing most people don't know that they offer a 5" bore space billet block and semi hemi billet head. This a pic of the 650" bullet they had at PRI. I offered my Dakota PST as to put one of their engines in for marketing to the hardcore Mopar drag racing community but they didn't seem too interested. lol http://goodwincompetition.com/Mike Gray

They did member Diablos 650" 99 Hemi. Have not heard how he faired this year but they do seem to have some success in their realm of truck and tractor pulling.

If I were looking for something in that level I would think seriously about using them. He has a good reputation and seems to be easy to deal with. I think he can do a much larger engine.
Sonny's offers the same thing but, I think with a larger price tag.

Quote:
Loved his Viper he used to run in the N/A class
The motor he had in that car was insane. 477 low deck with Indy-1 heads. Made 1070hp and he spun it to 9500rpm.
