So once leather seats start to harden, is there any way to treat them and save them, making them supple again? (yes, I used the word "supple" )

My Imperial had to sit outside for the last 3 years and the weather really tightened up the leather seats. I'm hoping there is a way to rejuvenate them from the abuse of the sun.

Any ideas, suggestions or experiences are welcomed!

Thanks,
Ron

A good quality leather oil or even some saddle oil depending on how bad they've gotten. If they haven't cracked yet, you may still be able to save them,

Connelly (yes of Connelly leather) makes the best leather cleaner/conditioner I've ever used.
It's called Hide Food. You'll need to go to a Rolls/Bentley dealer to get it. Or I think Amazon carries it as 'Connelly Hide Food'.
It's fairly expensive, but I've seen it bring back sun baked leather in 1950's era RR's. It doesn't restore the color, but it will make the leather supple enough that it doesn't crack all to hell-n-back.

Good Luck with it,
CC.
