Long drive?

Where did ya find it?

There are a few of those around here, and they are continuing to drop in cost. All the "big shots" shink they need to have the newest truck, and sink tons of cash into wheels, chrome, and dumb crap, then they drive them for 6 months and complain about the mileage. When they should have stuck the money they blew on wheels and chrome on a tuner to get the egr, and particulate filters gone. You can do that in nebraska .

back on task, There was a guy here in town who just bought a 2002 2500 quad cab long box with under 100K for less than 8grand. Had a VP44 gone in it, and only needed a pump, lift pump, and lift pump warning light installed. Yea an expence for the get go, but a rock solid truck when done.

And Dodge from 1994-2002 I highly recomend an adjustable track bar, and a steering box stability kit, then they are good to go.

Unfortunately, in our world of living paycheck to paycheck and financing everything, more people just buy a more expensive $20K truck that is good to go instead of a $10K "fixer upper" that requires $5-10K cash for the repairs/upgrades.
