604 Hemi GTX OP mopar 6 Joined: Mar 2007 Posts: 501 ONTARIO,CANADA	I'm in the process of collecting the parts for my 604ci Hemi. I'm planning on buying a KBRE aluminum block but not sure which block and what options i should get. I know the street hemi block won't work because i need the raised cam, so is it the stage 8 block i need is there anything else i should get done right now. Things after you got yours, you said i should of got this done. Thanks for any and all info Kevin

Be prepared to tell him what head you are going to use as the studs come with the block, bore size, deck height, aluminum or steel main caps, o-ring or not, deck finish, and many more. Its also nice to order at least one spare rear main seal. I run a solid roller, but it's not real aggressive. I have it apart for freshening right now and everything looks great. Main studs and Caps will be installed today to get the block ready for the 4th op on the CNC machine, main line and cam line final machining. There are a couple that are just ahead of yours going through the same process. Sleeves are in process to be installed after the 4th op and then semi finished as per your order form.
