I'm planning on ordering one tomorrow for my car so I can't say yet. In the description it says, Quote:

From what others have said you have to cut the aluminum ears off the trans for it to fit.

I may have one for ya Rick, so hang on. CSR takes so frickn long to restock, sometimes its 4-8 weeks to get orders from them. All the Shield orders went out today, Thanks Guys

I just installed my CSR Sheild that i bought from John Cope on a 727 SB in a 68 Cuda and I'm using the stock consol shifter. I was running a blanket and it was always in the way.
