Can someone verify what hardware was used on the lower door hinge to pillar? The 1 1/8 washer shown in the Fastener Guide interferes with the hinge as shown in my pic. I have a hard time believing this fastener was used in this location. Can someone with an original car shed some light? Thanks

I'm sure someone will have the correct answer for you but from your picture you can see the outline of what appears to be the use of the hinge to pillar bolts (B) used in both locations.

from the bottom of that page:

**This fastener has sealer on the threads and threads into the upper hinge from inside of the vehicle

maybe you have the right ones, and only the inside bolts are the large washer style?

The upper hinge is not in question. The large washer is required because of the large square holes in the hinge and does not cause any problems. This same size washer does interfere with the flanges of the lower hinge however as shown in my pic. The marks shown are from the 1 1/8 washer on a stripped and freshly rebuilt/ primed lower hinge. I did not notice this until I removed the bolts after a test fit. Someone out there must have run into this?
