Hi, bought these bolts with the leafs a few months ago and now ready to install. They fit around the axle ok,snug, but I'm not sure if I can bend them in to fit through the bottom bracket. Any Ideas? The originals had a flat area on the inside, I guess bringing the threads closer at the bottom.

I think they go the other way in the brackets. I used there U bolts and they fit fine. No they don't have the flat spots but still worked fine.

I did not get washers from ESPO, so I got some hardened washers from the local spring place here in town, I'd recomend them. There not on in this picture, they need washers IMO.

Step away from the computer and go work on the car.
