Cracked a head on the 64 then broke a timing chain on the blown 71 Duster 6 banger. Put a bandaid on the 64 and ran it up at the Duluth legal street drags last weekend with our BB 73 Dart. The well known blown 71 Duster 6 banger ended up with a cracked head after testing with the new timing chain set. My truck has a fuel issue problem. Dumping $$$ into getting our car's and truck back up ane running ruined any chance of going to Indy. Hope you all fun out there cause MMW has always been a blast for all the years we attended. CHAPPER master C Joined: Nov 2009 Posts: 3,410 Belpre,Ohio	I had planned on making the trip, but the little green machine became ill a couple weeks ago. It had a rupture in #8 cylinder. Seems the locs on the intake valve decided to let the valve free fall into the piston a few times. The head is being welded up and machined to repair the damage. It might be Spring before I get everything sorted out and back together. Also, something went wrong in the transmission at the same time,,SO,, If you like drag racing, support your local track.
