What type of chain do you use?
I hear a stock one because the other's eat the tensioner.
Thanks Matt

I used a double roller and had no issue with eating the tensioner, I packed the chain with grease before startup, after 20 dyno pulls there was no sign of wear at all.

Just finished rebuilding my motor. It had just short of 200 passes on it. I lost a couple of lobes on the cam. I was using a tensioner on mine as well. My cam bearings were worn out on the bottom side. My VS were orginally setup with 180 lbs on the seat and 380 lbs open. I don't feel like that should have caused the wear we saw. I didn't put a tensioner on it this time. Jim
