sixpackbee OP master Joined: Nov 2003 Posts: 3,060 Western New York	Got a 70 cuda in the shop that I did not strip and I was wondering if anyone has one of those engineering buletins showing the correct location for the black out along the lower rocker panel. The black on this car seems to run about 3/4 into the flat part of the bottom of the rocker. Also of note this is an F8 car and the black is no doubt factory. The note with the diagram states not needed on F8 colored cars. It may have taken a while for the print to hit the paint shop. The print also notes that the cowl blackout requirement was omitted on 4/27/70
