I will be installing hood pins on my 70 roadrunner. Does anyone have the exact measurements so I can drill it out. Any help will be greatly appreciated...Thanks

Align the hood as you want it.

Mount the hood pins.

Put some lipstick or grease pencil on the tip. Lower the hood to the pins to mark it.

Drill from underneath.

If the hood is painted, use painters tape up top.

Where would you mount the hood pins on the radiator support is the question (I think). Does someone have a diagram, pictures, measurement and/or all 3 to show exactly where the hood pins are mounted on the radiator support? Anyone can randomly install them wherever they want but factory is better then randomly

Mount them in the factory position as shown in this photo. Just remove the bolt that is already in this location. You can also see the slots in the underside of the hood where these pin locations line up with the hood. You will only have to drill the hood skin for the 4 bezel mounting screws and the through hole in the center. It is a piece of cake.
