I have ordered a new set of bucket seat seat covers from Dante for my '71 Satellite Sebring Plus. Unfortunately I need foam but it's not available.

What am I going to do? Can an upholstery shop make up new foam for my seats? If so will they charge me an arm and a leg???

Check Legendary sir=te for the foam, call them for thier best price and PM it to me, I'm a dealer for them and I may be able to save you some money on those

I was told that the foam for the '71 Plymouth was not made. Is it available somewhere?

Can you post pics of how bad he foam is on the seat?

I just redid my seat covers and it's not hard but it will eat your fingers up. You can get batting from a fabric store and restuff your cushions.

The seat companies make he seat covers larger than from the factory since they figure you are adding material to worn foam.

The foam is not available but a good upholstery shop can work with what you have. As far as cost it shouldn't be anything crazy beings you are saving the cost of buying new foam.
