Why do some fender tags in 69 look like the 68's, but this one looks just like the 70's I'm used to seeing. This photo is from the seller. I do not want to post the VIN without his permission. (Hope you guys understand as this is not my car yet).

Did different assembly plants change tag formats at different times?

I know there's a LOT of people that know B-bodies on here and this will be my first B-Body. So the B-Bodies have the VIN on the Rad Support and the Trunk Lip, but do they also have it on the Cowl like the E-Bodies?

Correct early 69 tag for a Hemi 4 speed GTX from St. Louis.

You may be thinking of a lynch road tag as they are unique as far as set up.
St louis and Hamtramck follow this style.

No additional VIN on the cowl in 69

That is an original tag and there isn't any 69 tag that looks like a 68 tag the formats are totally different.
