Cool/unusual steering wheel !

My buddy has a 69 Polara 500 convertible with the same style wheel, though his has a gold transluscent rim.

Since the thread popped up again- If you have a 70 GTX with a blue dash frame, you would have the interior shown below correct? There would be no black accents?

That all blue interior pictured, or could be had with white seats and door panels. White seats and door panels always had white piping, no colored piping available on white vinyl.
Agreed, no black accents.

My other GTX has a black interior but was clearly blue originally and I was curious. You can see where the dash was sprayed black in place and still see blue on the dash pieces around the edges.
