Do what your comfortable with.... FWIW Norn actually gets parts done in a reasonable length of time.... If you search trim restoration on Moparts you'll find plenty of places that are years out....

This cost me $520 including the center medallion.... It had a 1/2" tear to the upper right....

shine on me norm is a grate guy. did a very nice job on a 6 foot molding on my 63 ford,
