I used Moser with b-body brake spacing but they do use green bearings.

You either have to change over to B/E brakes including backing plates or get Axles that have A body offset but with LBP center register and then try to find an obsolete pair of drums .

I was supposed to check out one of these mythical drums but yet to have the time to do it due to busty work schedule.

Or get BBP axles with A body SBP offset/register and drill the SBP drums to large.

The axle # to use SBP drums redrilled to large:
A30-CST-A45

I have had several sets of small pattern axles drilled and tapped for the larger(4.5 on 5) bolt patterns several times We used the Moroso or Mr Gasket 3x1/2x20 screw in studs, make sure and spot weld them on the back sides of the axles also Have the same machine shop drill the stock brake drums for the large bolt pattern also If you want after market axles you can have them custom made for the stock rear brakes and have the stock brake drums center machined out to fit the larger big bolt pattern axles center register, you will also need to have the axle flange diameter cut down to use on the small bolt pattern brake drums, or swith it over to a set of the larger bolt pattern brakes, drums and backing plates with the larger axle spacing between the axle and brake drum spacing

Redrill your current drums, as said, as long as as the axles have the small bolt pattern register.

And you have to SPECIFIY small bolt offset and register so you don't get the wrong axles that require changing the brakes.

You're better off upgrading to LBP brakes. Tons of them in the U-Pull-It yards. New 10"x1.75" SBP drums are scarce, 10"x2" LBP drums are common.

Probably the best thing to do , the drums I'm speaking of, if still can be had thru a source I found, were priced at $300 each.

I have 2 new pairs of the small bolt pattern drums so I'm all set.
