This isn't much actual help, but it is identical to the one I have on VL21, and I think it came from a Diplomat cop car.
Any way, it fits the saginaw pump perfectly, and places the fins in the airflow behind the fan.



It takes gasoline to interest me.

I pulled some of those off of 1975, 76 and 77 Plymouth police cars with the 400 engines in them. Same unit.

& with dates of Aug. & Dec. of '77 I'd bet 1978 big block cop car.

Small block mid-'70s cop car was different, as were the muscle car years Federal & Saginaw power steering pump coolers.
