Here are a pair of oil pans I have, the primered one is a "187"



Neither have any baffling?





The sump area of the "numberless" orange one is larger. They are both the same depth.

After looking at these few pics, I'm not sure on the deeper part? Probably hit the suspension & k-frame.
I do not think the '70-'71 HEMI pan will work.

Dan it won't , I'm going to modify a 70-71 pan to fit in my big block A body , have to notch the front of the sump and add the idler notch .

I know where there is a totally useless 71 Barracuda that we ban beat into an oil pan.

They used a stock 68 Hemi pan - Reed in Neb.
