http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-92QXoRHVh8&feature=plcp It sounds like i still have a good bit of adjusting to do to the carbs and it could be a lot of things but i have to start somewhere.
ps:That was cut from this but it gets shaky so i guess i need some foam on top to keep it steady.

What kind of hesitation, off idle, part throttle, hitting it al the way from idle or what? Are those a set of blower carbs or regular Holleys being used on a blower?

i had a problem like that, when i would nail it from a dead stop...so i changed pump cam to i believe the pink one...no more dead spot after that.

The hesitation is off idle and just tapping the throttle to open the pri blades enough to pickup the rpm a little,I think that is the acc pump adj or size squirter. The A/F is rich at 12.8/1 at idle and i will lean it out[1.5 turns out now]to 1 turn out or 14/1 for starters i think. The carbs are ootb 1250cfm 3 circuit hollet 80532-1.

I've seen off idle stumbles caused by to lean and to rich If the idle mixture ratio doesn't affect the reaction try leaner squirters, if it gets worst try bigger squirters, it is a process of eliminations on these problems usually . It's good that you have the wide ban, they really help

not to get off subject but i opened up the int circuiitfrom .055 to .073 with the part throttle being 18/1 A/F but i have the intercooler pump running as where before it would stall with the pump on at low rpm.The LM-1 has helped a ton on tunning and i have a LC-1 for more visual while driving.

Opening up the int jet got me 16/1 a/f but i leaned the idle from 12.8 to 13.5 a/f so i can open the int jet .020 more and one reason i am doing this is that the air bleeds are as small as i can get.023 main, int.
ps:that is not WOT a/f but 1/4 on the pri side of carbs.

Check the pump squirter pump arm adjustment, you should have a minumum of .015 clearance from bottoming out the squirter pump arm at WOT, both ends, both carbs I see a lot of them( the adjuster) that are adjusted up to short from the factory

Also the throttle position at idle is very important.

Personally i dont think i have ever had a carb hat didnt have too small squirters.

You should open up the idle bleeds and high speed bleeds to lean those circuits out, not make them smaller
