I used fragola pushlok hose and Orme brothers fittings...make sure you lube up the fitting, and I also found it helped to heat up the hose a bit with a heat gun before pushing it on...as for pushing it, once you see how hard it is to go, you will understand why its never coming off lol...Thought my brains were gonna come outta my ass at one point lol
