Bob, It's been a while since I played with a HEMI e-body but I remember some things were different between the '70 & '71s. It's a shame good clear copies of these drawings are not available. As you noticed - starter cable bracket & routing Main engine wiring harness is different  back by regulator/balast  others?

Looks like I learned a few things under the magnifier.Seems the 70 used a long cable bracket and 71 used a short one. Also 3 wire clips on 4 speed trans.
