Well on August 18-19 we will be racing Hot Street at Bandimere Raceway in Denver. Shoudl be a fun time, cannot imagine how bad the air will be there in August. 9000-10000' DA, cant wait We will be running at a Super Chevy show as well, so I am sure that will be fun as well.

If anyone lives in the area and is coming out stop by and introduce yourself. If anyone is free and wants to help in the pits looks like I might need it. Not sure my sone can take the time off work yet and dont really know anyone there.

I live on the other side of the world in New Zealand & although I would love to be there I don't think it will happen.

My son & daughter don't live far from Denver, so maybe they could attend for me. My son has always been a help to me at the drags in New Zealand & my daughter is just cool to have around.


I'll let them know the dates you are racing & maybe they can at least get a pic or two for their old Dad in NZ.

You need to come out the week before and "tune".
I'll be racing the 10th, 11th, and 12th in Club clash (Top Street) and king street.
I'm not sure what class "hot street" is?
There is a Top Street in Club clash for 10.50-13.99 sec cars, and The Magnafuel super street (11.50 index.)
There is the quick16, and regular ET bracket racing on the 19th. The 17 and 18th are the Super Chevrolet show.
In August it's usually pretty hot 90-100 degrees with little humidity so the DA can get over 10,000+ ft.
Bring shade (awning, canopy) because there is no shade at the track.

Hot Street is a PSCA class and we will be running during the Super Chevy show, so I guess the 17-18 date. Just made the announcement this week. Hot Street is a heads up all motor true 10.5 class. At that kind of DA I would bet high 8.50's will get it done.

Would love to come early and test but finding folks who have that kind of time off is tough. I cannot run this car by myself. At this point I am still looking for anyone who can be there to help. Need help with towing the car starting the race pack etc.Not sure my son can get the time off right now but we still have a little time.

that is a nice track... the staging lanes are slightly down hill, no more pushing your car. and the people are great too.
