4spdana OP member 4 Joined: Mar 2009 Posts: 187 Ia	on this 68 plymouth the bolts have the washers installed, then i believe the threads are put on afterwards. these bolts are located under the rear bumper panel and hold the rear bumper bracket to that panel. over the years from dirt, moisture and rust build up, the washers on the bolts would break in half. where can i find more of these bolts w/ washers? 7146204-GTXBumperPanel001(Medium).jpg (63 downloads)
