Hey everybody, its my first time posting here on moparts, i have a problem, I am restoring a 1971 Dodge challenger and have converted from Power disc brakes, To manual Brakes. when i went to install my new Manual brake cylinder i installed the lines from the proportioning valve but the fittings were opposite sizes and are different sizes, so i crossed them thinking maybe the body shop who painted the car bent up the lines and switched them up. now the front brakes are locked and the rear brakes are free, somethings wrong any help is appreciated, i think the front brakes are controlled by the rear inlet of the master and vice versa

The front brakes a locked because they are plumbed to the port on the MC for the rear brakes whick are drum brakes and need the residual pressure valve. Switch the lines the rear reservior should go to the front brakes. What master are you running? It's strange to have the sizes wrong.

Take care,
Rick
