Kern Dog Striving for excellence Joined: Feb 2010 Posts: 18,493 Granite Bay CA	It is part of the factory emissions package. There are 4 or 5 vent lines that run from the fuel tank into that tube from underneath the car. My 70 Charger has a similar tube.

Challenger 1 Too Many Posts Joined: Feb 2005 Posts: 28,312 Cincinnati, Ohio	It's got 4 tubes in it that vent all 4 corners of your gas tank. Important to keep it so your tank vents right.
