so what is the going rate on getting these replaced?

car is a 93 w/only 106k and lifter noise just went crazy today.
everything else is ok. oil pressure good, oil full.
had been making a little noise on startup during these cold months but as of today it's constant.

wish i could do myself but have to have minimal down time as daughters daily driver and soccer practice starts next week. uhhh!!

Depending the body style, my labor guide shows somewhere between 2.5 to 3 hrs labor time to replace all of them.
