Dude, you are seriously not right, why don't you put a 440 wedge in the truck and buy Dragula's Cuda and put the hemi in there.
People have been telling me I'm half a bubble off all my life so why change now. Besides, you see a Cuda you expect it to be fast. What do you think of when you see my truck, it's just another old farm truck. Ted; The kit wasn't without some drama and hair pulling. 4 days after I ordered it I found out the crank was on intergalactic backorder. I called Callies and found out they had 10 cranks in inventory with BB Mopar main sizes, and 2.2 rod pin sizes, but with BB Chevy rod journel widths. I had them just subsitute the rods that fit the journel widths. Bob had to do a bit of arm twisting with Indy but it all worked out. I've got to give a big thanks to Bob George for all his help in the matter. Dave

Looks like it would fit nice in my 65 with some modifications and be a whole lot safer
Zeb; After they plant my carcass you can put it in anything you wish. Until then if you want a Hemi in your 65' start saving your nickels and dimes.(It'll build Character) Dad

Dave 605 ci = traction problems. Duals and twin screw may be in order for the truck.
Kevin; I have no illusions about it hooking on the street, (the 528 would smoke the tires at 70mph). I'll give it a go though with some bigger meats on the back. At the strip I think the M/T 14x32.5 radial drag slicks will do the job. Dave ![](/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/drive.gif)

Cab, it's funny you mention that. You can ask any of my friends around here, I'm always telling them 'To much is not enough'. For now though the motor isn't going to make any earth shattering figures, it's a bit head limited. It should move the peaks down a bit though so I won't be winding the wee out of it. I'm hoping it'll make a bit more torque. ![](/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif) Dave
