How many inches diameter on a stock original steering wheel for a 70 bbody?

the wheel or the hub (part that butts up to the coulumn)? In 70 they added the ignition to the column so the base/hub will be larger than pre-69

Not the column but they actual wheel that contains the horn.

I think stock wheels were 16" - Tuff wheel is only 14" (was available but very rare as it was a mid year introduction - at least on 70 Chargers).
