It sits for a week..then gets wet-sanded,and another coat of clear gets applied...and finish wet sanded! Not ONE run at all,anywhere! A few "spits" on the surface...but nothing that won't wet sand out easily. Once again..could not tell where any of the body work was done..not even the brazed-in patches,below both doors! Needless to say,I'm one HAPPY CAMPER! As far as wet sanding too hard...NOT MY WORRY! Tony wouldn't even think of letting me help him do that! ...smart man! Raff,I just might need your help to pick it up! Most likely, another week-and-a-half. And I agree..MUST be a dry day! SixPack...the X did have the factory organisol black,and beltline moldings installed..and will continue to have them. The six pack hood will also be painted the same black. You're going to be picky as hell about all the mouldings/trim now. Once you get a nice shiny paint job, you want to replace everything around it. I bought a ton of stuff I didn't budget for because they all suddenly looked like crap! It's a sickness!

It can turn into a "full resto" pretty fast. Wait till you go to put the trim back on, you'll be on pins & needles.But like everything else it passes and you'll be throwing parts back on to get it ready for the season without worrying about scratching something after your first little nick.Leave the Brador for after working on her.

It sits for a week..then gets wet-sanded,and another coat of clear gets applied...and finish wet sanded! Looks AWESOME in person..MUCH NICER than these pictures show! Looks very nice
