Welcome to Moparts, I am fairly new myself.
I believe the harness that is for electronic ignition is set up for a 4 prong ballast resistor. It is up to you but if it were me I would go with the stock harness and make the mods to it.
A member bought a YO engine harness for his 72 Satellite for a 440 and got it for Electronic ignition and I am 99% sure it didn't come setup for a 4 prong ballast .

John, The electronic conversion M+H harness I used in the Cuda did indeed have the wiring plugs for a 4 prong ballast, and I don't remember if the ECU plug was wired for a 4 or 5 wire unit !!!
