I was shopping for stock steel valves an came across the ELGIN brand. The price sounds good. I want to know if any of you folks here have any opinions? Thanks in advance to any and all who reply.

Never have any problems with their parts. Good stock replacement parts.

I think I remember seeing them on epay....something like $100 for a complete set of intake and exhaust valves. So far I haven't heard anything bad about ELGIN so I'm gonna give them a try.

I've got them in a set of budget built 516's. Haven't run them yet, but the machinist that set the heads up didn't complain about them either.
