Here's a good one , still getting used to my 04 Grand Cherokees switch layout vs my other DD . Today while driving on the highway I accidently switched my headlights from Auto to on and the vehicle monetarily loses all electrical power , gauges go dead and come back on , the engine hickups , bells and whistles go off ... hello ?? To be sure I wasn't seeing things I did it again and it does it again , hello x2 ???
I get to the dunky for a coffee , get back in and it won't start , nothing , everything is dead , flip the key back , make sure it is in partk , retry it fires. Something casued itto reset the clock on the radio to 12:00 , didn't lose my presets though ...
WT? ..... ???
I'm thinking it needs a battery, when it's cold in the morning it cranks over slow , 84K on it. Volt gauge looks ok at just a tick above 14 so I know the alternator is working.

If memorys are reset it lost bat + or ground .
Ck all the battery connections and if it's slow cranking as you describe a battery load test is in order and go from there
