the shells are fried...you half right, the filling is ricotta cheese, vanilla, milk , sugar, and some use choc chips in there too. I worked in a bakery when i was 14 to about 18 yrs old...I can make them in my sleep

Sorry dude the only thing I like with sugar in it is beer! Sugar and my stomach DO NOT MIX! Cant eat cake,cookies,ice cream,pie can't drink pop either, even when I drink beer I need to drink water with it.
That's ok though we have plenty of prime rib and shrimp to get fat on.

Some of you guys don't get out much. Eclair is a oblong pastry creme filled and chocolate on top. Here they call them chocolate eclairs. I was really surprised the first time I got one and got creme inside. I though they gave me the wrong thing.

Getting old just means you were smarter than some and luckier than others.

Man, I will need to take another vacation after this party. So the 10th is the final date Bruce do you have room for all the Monster Mopar people? The Hotel in Sidney has rooms, Should I hold the Hole Hotel again...
