Dont no how close you are to dayton but they have moved this race to kilkare. They are running it once a month on a sat.and i think the dates have been set for the first couple.
My car has a 12.5 to 1 408 with 360-1 heads with a bullit solid roller and a 4 speed.
If anyone is intrested in this race i can post the rules and the dates. They are also going to run a 275 class or a unlimited 8.5 class were th only rule will be it has to be on a 8.5.
Ya wish I was closer I live 15 miles north of phila. The 8.5 stuff around here is outlaw 8.5,a little to much for me.Going to try and run John Sears new class Ultra Street 275. That setup of yours must be fun with the four speed.
Thats why these guys started a limited class to slow things down some and get more cars involed. They had one race of 25 cars between limited and outlaw in hardinsbrurg ky.The red and black fox and the green and blue run outlaw at the other races they go to buy jetting up and going to nos controllers as the limited allow no controllers of any kind.
The motor in mine is a little to much for the car and hard on parts.

who has 500ci motor?  I have stock stroke 440 w/ a tiny solid roller cam. Not being a critic...sacastic sure. But The guy is probably hitting it w/ a huge 2 or 3 stage shot right??? What's it run w/o the NOS? and the meth/water (wiperfluid) is so I don't have to buy 110 and/or drop my timing back to 34*. and I sure hope a $38-42k car can run low 11's. But if you or hiim are ever out this way drop me a line we can go have some fun. This "junk" should be right around 11.0 come spring...pump gas, street driven, w/ kids seat in back, on 3.91's, stock leaf springs and a 275/60 drag radial. Maybe I should sell the 440-6 and run a SBC w/ a 300 shot or something?

Petey car should run bottom nines on motor. IIRC it a 434 with 23* heads on leaf springs and caltracs.

Yea with the stick I guess it a little hard on parts, rears, u-joints and drive shafts. But I still want to get a stick shift driver again, just a little tamer then yours. Miss driving a stick. Before my w9 motor I had a 360-1 245cnc motor that ran real well. But that was a auto and couldn't imagine trying to get that to live with a stick.
