On a 69' Road Runner I was told you can adjust the ride height (on the front end/lower or higher) with the torsion bars? If not is there a way to adjust the ride height on stock suspension? Thanks, Jay

yes you can, like was said at the lower control arm,
just spray them with penetrating oil a couple of days...
you will need a front end alignment if you move
it much

Yes, front end height is easily adjustable on all Mopars with torsion bar suspensions. I assume from your question that you must be new to classic Mopars. There is an adjusting bolt [ 3/4 in. head size ]at the bottom of the lower control arms of your car. Turn clockwise to raise the height and counter clockwise to lower. If they haven't been used for some time I would soak the threads with penetrating oil for a day or so before turning them. Ride height MUST be set before doing front end alignments. You can make MINOR [ + or - 1/4 inch ]changes to the height without affecting the alignment to any great extent.

Yup, 3/4" deep socket and the longest bar ya got, CW to raise, CCW to lower, absolute minimum clearance at lower arm / bumper 1/2" on billiard-table roads.
