Are their any dealers available or is it a order from the factory kind of deal, I know some times the factory will sell at list price because of a no compete clause with their warehouse dealer's,,I went to order a new converter from TCI once and I was told that while they would be more than happy to take care of me,,they actually recomended I find a dealer and order thru him,,,saved me a bunch of money.
