They weren't new but after a little media blast they are just like new, unless of course, if your going for concourse. Moparmarks had them. Good guy to deal with. Hope this helps. Car is in PA. at my brothers......I'm here in Cincinnati area(Fairfield), not even sure what they look like....will be going over there in a few weeks and will check them then.....in the mean time was just wanting to buy some that were repoped or used ones in decent shape.....the ones removed from my car are pretty much rusted.....
