Another question here;

My 2 speed wiper motor won't park the wipers and I hear an intermittent relay opening/closing under the dash(wiper switch side). Is there a wiper relay that I can replace or is it the wiper switch itself?

I recall poor grounds will do that: either at motor ( the brass gnd strap), or at switch (entire panel grounded via 1 of the panel mounting screws)

It could be the park switch inside the wiper motor is worn and going bad, too. I don't think there is a relay for the wipers.
