I'm pretty sure mine were either a double spring or a single with a damper, but they are same physically as one would use in a 440 (1.5 diameter, around 1.84" installed height). I'm using the heads from a 528 (aluminum-not the Eddy heads). I did notice that the retainers were out to lunch.
