If they're like the old stuff I'd pull the connector off of the switch & ohm the switch seeing if it has continuity in all positions and find the resistors & see if they're open. If the new stuff works different than this disregard but here's a BTT live every 24 hour block of time like it's your last day on earth

It may not be the switch as they have dropped the voltages from switches in some cars . now they have controlers and the switch only sends very low voltages to the controller. cheaper way of doing things i spose plus it make things more complicated so you can't fix most things without going to the dealer .
