Well my 6 yr old Paddock gas tank sprung a leak last night (wonder if that's an indication as to why they're out of business?). Looks like the seam gave out on one corner so I have a couple questions.
Is this repairable and/or is it worth the expense? If not, where should I look for a quality tank?

Also, I've been looking for a reason to replace my obnoxious Holly fuelpump with a Mallory 110 so now's a good time. My Holly is currently up above the rearend housing mounted horizontally: will the Mallory be OK with that mounting even though they suggest a vertical placement?
Thanks!

I'd maybe call a radiator shop & see if you can get a phone estimate. possible the horizontle mounting will shorten it's life but regular (non epoxy) coils are supposed to be mounted vertical but Ma mounted em horizontle for decades. Do ya feel lucky
