I have a Crane F-238/3200-2-12 solid cam. It is for a 426 Hemi, but can it be used in an RB block? I guess same question, will any Hemi cam work in an RB block and vice versa. Thanks.

No; look at the difference in the order of the intake & exhaust lobes and you'll understand why.

Definately not,as mentioned lobe arrangment and location prohibits the use of a hemi cam in a wedge.ie: wedge is exhaust, intake and hemi is intake exhaust on the lobe alignment and the lobes face different directions.

trying to get a hemi to run with a wedge cam (or vice verse) would be the same feeling

I thought the hemi cam was what you put in your wedge when you couldn't afford the 3/4 race cam...

I dont know how many times i've heard that, with guys talking up their 'killer' wedges... "Yep, got the hemi cam in there..." Last time i heard that i replied "Wow... and it ran...???" Gotta a pretty funny look...
