I have a Crane F-238/3200-2-12 solid cam. It is for a 426 Hemi, but can it be used in an RB block? I guess same question, will any Hemi cam work in an RB block and vice versa. Thanks.

Definately not,as mentioned lobe arrangment and location prohibits the use of a hemi cam in a wedge.ie: wedge is exhaust, intake and hemi is intake exhaust on the lobe alignment and the lobes face different directions.
Gave my cousin a wedgie once but not the same I guess
trying to get a hemi to run with a wedge cam (or vice verse) would be the same feeling
