Wiring update. I wired in the trans temp gauge, trans cooler fan, and the high beam and turn signal indicator lamps.
Electrical work left to do:
- Run various ground wires to the frame
- Run battery cables
- Wire up the horn relay
- Install the steering column (temporarily, for circuit testing)
I'm on track to check the circuits next weekend. The dash panel will not be installed during testing. I'll use my battery charger in place of the battery, set at a 10 amp output.
Once everything electrical is shown to be working properly, then I will install the stereo system.

Wiring update. I didn't get much done yesterday, due to a pounding sinus headache, but I did get all of the ground wires screwed to the frame and/or body. All I have left to do is install the positive battery cables, and install the steering column. I will get the column installed today, but I'm waiting on 1 gauge cable solder lugs to get here sometime later this week.
I'll be testing circuits next weekend, FOR SURE!

I bought the switches from here: http://www.otrattw.net/Most of the switches they sell are geared for the off-road crowd.

With the wiring finished up, I hooked up my battery charger (set at 10 amps) and did some initial electrical circuit testing tonight, and had some surprises. Here's what I found. First, the good news, then the bad news: What works: - Radio (powers on) - Side marker lights - License plate light - Driver side courtesy light - Gauge lights - Brake lights - Left turn signal, front and rear - Tail lights - Heater fan motor (however, a loud noise when running, sounds like squirrel cage inside is rubbing/hitting something) - Voltmeter gauge reading voltage - Left turn signal indicator lamp - High beam indicator lamp - Fuel pump (however, it runs even when the key is in the OFF position. Must be full time Hot. May need to add a relay.) What doesn't work: - CB did power on, but after a while, it shut off and I couldn't turn it on again - Headlights - Wipers - Right turn signal (comes on, but doesn't blink..  ) - Right turn signal indicator lamp (comes on, but doesn't blink) - Reverse lights - Passenger side front turn signal - Passenger side courtesy light stays on I was a bit disappointed to encounter so many issues during the test. I'll do some troubleshooting tomorrow. I was thankful that at least nothing started smoking!

**WIRING UPDATE** I spent about 40 minutes this morning, troubleshooting the electrical issues I encountered last night. I got a lot of issues fixed, with the turning of one bolt! The firewall bulkhead connector bolt (the bolt that draws the two halves of the bulkhead connector together) was loose! I tightened it up, and instantly had working headlights, reverse lights, and properly working right turn signals! Woo-hoo!! I fixed the constantly "on" passenger side courtesy light, so now it turns off when its supposed to. My CB that was "on" last night and then stopped working, has a 2 amp inline fuse on the power wire. I pulled the fuse, and it was blown. I don't know what would have caused it to blow, it's wired up to my switched 12v distribution block, along with everything else. One thing of note, and I don't know if it caused the fuse to blow, but I didn't have the mic or the antenna hooked up to the CB. I popped in another 2 amp fuse, and it turns on again. I thought maybe the wiper motor wasn't getting a good ground, so I tried jumpering the metal housing to the ground distribution block. Still doesn't work at all. I'll need to review my wiring for it. So based on what I checked last night, the only thing left on the "doesn't work list" are the non-working wipers. This one bugs me...
